Phoenix Real Estate resource with a concentration on Rental Income Property.
This site was put together as an effort to provide resources and references along with insight and information related to Phoenix Metropolitan real estate with a distinct concentration on today's rental market. Its conditions, directions and trends, news, developments, changes and just any points of interest.
To discuss and cover The Good The Bad & The Ugly. [if you have been involved with rental property for any length of time you know it can come with all that and more]
A reference tool for investors, owners, agents, spectators and speculators alike.
With that goal I always welcome feedback/input or requests {Good, Bad or Indifferent; try to limit the ugly} as we create this to be a point of reference and referral, tools for anyone to use that is involved in residential & multi-family rental property.
The exchange of situations, scenarios and stories are always welcome. Being involved with rental property for years and the management of thousands of properties over that time, I have my share of tenant stories. Several of which require censorship or are age restrictive in nature. I would like to hear yours {so would others} also any situations you have or are currently facing concerning rental property. [Disclaimer: I will never claim to provide legal or accounting advise, should you need these I would be glad to provide a referral.]
So as this site finds its way and attempts to mature (if that can happen), I would welcome the input and feedback, as well as, I am always happy to answer specific questions or research certain topics for the general knowledge of us all. Thank you for your support and I look forward to providing insight and information on rental property; the good, the bad & the ugly. Rental Renegade
